Settings → Billing shows your organization’s plan, its limits and how much of them is in use. Owners and admins manage billing there. Members don’t see the Billing page. For what each plan includes, see Plans and limits.

What the page shows

  • Usage: meters for workflows, runs this month, users, active runners and runner pools. A meter shows Near limit from 80% and Limit reached at the limit. Run counts reset on the 1st of the month (UTC).
  • Plan: every limit of your plan and the features it includes. A locked feature shows the plan it’s available on. A limit Bentra raised for your account shows the plan’s own value next to it.
  • Subscription: how you’re billed and when the plan renews, with Manage billing once you have billing details.
  • Account: the license key (quote it when you contact Bentra) and the organizations that share the plan.
  • Billing contacts: extra email addresses that receive plan notices, one per line. Owners and admins of the account’s organizations always receive them. Click Save contacts.
Limits only stop new things from being created. Nothing you already have is turned off or deleted. The same plan, limits and usage are available from the API and the MCP server. See Plan and account.

Upgrade from Free

1

Pick a plan

In Settings → Billing, under Subscription, find Team or Business.
2

Choose how to pay

Click Monthly or Yearly. Bentra opens a Stripe checkout page.
3

Pay

Enter your card, billing address and, if you have one, a tax ID. When you finish, Stripe sends you back to Billing.
Billing shows Thanks! Your plan is updated. and the new limits apply right away. If it says your plan updates as soon as Stripe confirms it, refresh the page after a moment.
An organization that already has a subscription can’t start a second one. Change plans in Manage billing instead.

Manage your subscription

Click Manage billing in Settings → Billing. It opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can:
  • update your card
  • download invoices
  • switch plan or billing period, for example Team to Business, or monthly to yearly
  • cancel
When you return, Billing shows the change. The Subscription section says how you’re billed and when the plan renews.

When a plan ends

On Free, nothing is deleted. Workflows, runs, members, runner pools and settings stay. Free limits only stop new things: for example, you can’t create a workflow while you’re over the workflow limit, and runners beyond the Free runner limit wait until a connected one stops. Upgrade again at any time.

Extra runners and runner pools

Team and Business include a set number of runners and runner pools. Bentra can raise these limits for your account: contact us. Billing then shows the plan’s value and the extra next to the limit. See Install a runner.

Enterprise

Enterprise isn’t sold through checkout. Click Contact sales under Enterprise in Settings → Billing, or email support@bentralabs.com. An Enterprise plan is set up by Bentra; to change it, contact us.

Deleting your last organization

You can’t delete the last organization on an account while its subscription is active. Cancel the subscription in Manage billing first. Once the cancellation is scheduled, you can delete the organization in Settings → Organization. See Organization settings.
